一、资助对象  Who can apply?

1．非中国籍东谈主士；Non-Chinese citizens;

2．对华友好，无犯法作恶记载，死守中国政府的法律、法例和学校的限定轨制；

Friendly   towards China， with no criminal records， and abiding by the laws，   regulations， and rules of the Chinese government and the university;

3．身心健康，品学兼优；

Physically   and mentally healthy， with excellent academic performance;

4．汉文、翻译等关连专科本科及以上学历毕业；

Graduates   with a bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese， Translation， or related   fields;

5．年齿不特出40周岁；Not   exceeding 40 years old;

6. 汉语水平终点于HSK 六级180 分以上；Chinese language proficiency equivalent   to HSK   Level 6 with a score of 180 or above;

7. 具有翻译责任经历者优先磋商。

Priority   given to those with translation work experience.

二、奖学金招生类别及苦求要求

四、办理进程  Application Process

1.苦求东谈主登陆天津异邦语大学海外学生作事平台（https://tfsu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx）在线苦求并提交苦求材料；

Applicants   should log in to Tianjin Foreign Studies University's International Student   Service Platform (https://tfsu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) to apply   online and submit application materials.

2. 学校审核苦求东谈主苦求经验，对苦求东谈主进行专科探员；

The   university will review the eligibility of applicants and conduct a   professional assessment.

3. 通过学校探员的苦求东谈主在海外汉文教师奖学金报名网站(cis.chinese.cn) 在线填报，实时和蔼苦求程度及中式效果。同期，和蔼我校发送的邮件见告。

Applicants   who pass the university's assessment should apply online on the International   Chinese Teacher Scholarship application system (cis.chinese.cn) and stay   updated on the application progress and admission results. Additionally， pay   attention to email notifications sent by our university.

五、苦求为止日历（以北京时期为准）

苦求东谈主需要在2024年6月10日前完成在天津异邦语大学海外学生作事平台的苦求，并在2024年6月15日前完成在海外汉文教师奖学金报名网站的苦求。

Applicants   must complete the application on Tianjin Foreign Studies University's   International Student Service Platform by June 10， 2024， and complete the   application on the International Chinese Teachers’ Scholarship application   system by June 15， 2024.

六、其它Other Information

1．苦求者须了解我校的具体招生要求及报名为止时期，按照关连章程提交苦求材料。苦求材料不圆善或不合适招生要求的，概不受理。苦求材料弄虚乌有，还是查实，苦求经验将被取消。

Applicants   must understand the specific admission requirements and application deadlines   of our university and submit the application materials according to the   relevant regulations. Incomplete or ineligible application materials will not   be accepted. If falsification is discovered in the application materials， the   application eligibility will be revoked.

2．学历生须参预年度评审，详见《海外汉文教师奖学金年度评审主张》。

Degree-seeking   students are required to participate in the annual evaluation， details of   which can be found in the "Annual Evaluation Measures for the   International Chinese Teacher Scholarship."

3．未经许可不按期报到、入学体检分别格、半途退学、休学者，取消奖学金经验。

Scholarship   recipients who fail to register on time， do not pass the medical examination   upon enrollment， drop out or take a leave of absence during their studies   will have their scholarship eligibility cancelled.

4. 来华留学奖学金生原则上不得在校外居住。

Scholarship   recipients are not allowed to live off-campus.

附录：海外汉文教师奖学金“异邦翻译硕士培养”形态苦求材料清单

Appendix:   List of Application Materials for the International Chinese Language Teachers   Scholarship "Master's Program in Translation for Foreign Students"

1． 护摄影片页彩色扫描件（有用期至2024年12月1日后）；Color scanned copy of the   passport photo page (valid until December 1， 2024， or later);

2． HSK收获进展扫描件（有用期两年）；

Scanned   copy of HSK score report (valid for two years);

3． 本科学历讲解（预毕业讲解）及本科时代圆善收获单；

Bachelor's   degree certificate (certificate of expected graduation) and complete   undergraduate transcript;

4． 两名关连专科范围内的副教养（含）以上或具有终点专科时期职称群众的推选信；

Recommendation   letters from two associate professors or experts with equivalent professional   titles in relevant fields;

5． 《异邦东谈主形体查验表》（有用期6个月）；

“Foreigner   Physical Examination Form” (valid for 6 months);

6. 未满 18 周岁的苦求者，须提交在华监护东谈主签字的奉求讲解文献。

For   applicants under 18 years old， a letter of authorization signed by the   guardian in China is required.

7． 推选机构的推选信；（可关连我校出具）

Recommendation   letter from the recommending institution (can be obtained from our   university);

8． 其他讲解材料。Other supporting documents.

※注：以上通盘苦求材料应为汉文或英文文本女同，非中英文文凭（讲解）需附经公证的汉文或英文译文。
