Tianjin Municipal Government Scholarship 2024

天津市异邦留学生政府奖学金系天津市政府竖立的天津市异邦留学生奖学金神色，旨在饱读舞和培养更多优秀的学历栽培留学生来津学习。

In order to encourage more international students to study in Tianjin， Tianjin Municipal Government has set up the scholarship.

一、奖学金招生类别与专科 Scholarship category and majors

1．按学生类别分离，共包含以下四类：

Ø 西瓜网 本科留学生奖学金

Ø  硕士酌量生留学生奖学金

Ø  博士酌量生留学生奖学金

For international students pursuing undergraduate， master， doctoral programs.

2．具体专科明细请参考附件。部分酌量生专科和本科专科可提供英文讲课。

Please see the major list in the attachment. Some of the programs are taught in English.

二、奖学金执行 What the scholarship includes？

1. 一等奖学金

资助第一年膏火、保障费及生计费（10个月）。

本科生生计费轨范： 1400元/月

硕士生： 1700元/月

博士生： 2000元/月

First Prize Scholarship coverage

Tuition fee， comprehensive medical insurance for the first year， and monthly stipend for 10 months.

Stipend for undergraduate : 1400 RMB per month

Stipend for graduate student: 1700 RMB per month

Stipend for PhD student: 2000 RMB per month

2. 二等奖学金 Second Prize Scholarship coverage

资助一年膏火。

Tuition fee for one year.

三、请求时辰When and Where to apply?

2024年3月至5月。具体时辰请推断天津异邦语大学海外协作与调换处留学生招生办公室。

March to May， 2024. Applicants should apply to the International Admission Office of International Cooperation and Exchange Division of Tianjin Foreign Studies University.

四、请求奖学金条目

1. 请求东说念主须为非中国籍公民，且顺应栽培部教外函〔2020〕12号文献要求；

2. 请求东说念主就读本科生，应取得非常于中国高档中学毕业的学历或文凭，年级在30周岁以下；

请求东说念主就读硕士酌量生，应具有学士学位或非常学历，年级在35周岁以下；

请求东说念主就读博士酌量生，应具有硕士学位或非常学历，年级在40周岁以下；

3. 请求东说念主话语水平要求：汉文讲课神色本科请求者需达到HSK4级水平，硕士请求者需达到HSK5级水平；

英文讲课神色本科和硕士请求者需达到雅想6.0（含）或托付 80分（含）以上或同等话语水平。母语为英语的请求者无需提供诠释。

4. 未取得任何其他体式的奖学金。

Eligibility

1. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens in accordance with the Document numbered (2020) 12 issued by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. 

2. Applicants for undergraduate programs must have senior high school diploma and be under the age of 30;

Applicants for master programs must have a bachelor degree and be under the age of 35;

Applicants for doctoral programs must have a master degree and be under the age of 40.

3. Language requirements: Applicants for undergraduate programs taught in Chinese need to have HSK 4; Applicants for master programs taught in Chinese need to have HSK 5; Applicants for PhD programs taught in Chinese need to have HSK 6; For programs taught in English， undergraduate and master applicants must reach IELTS 6.0  or TOEFL 80 or the equivalent English level ( Native speakers of English do not need to provide English proficiency certificate.)

4. Applicants have not obtained any other scholarship in the same year.

五、奖学金请求过程  

1. 请求者在我校请求网站请求，填写信息并提交材料，完成请求；()。 请求时，请瞩目招生类别继承“天津市政府奖学金”，入学年份须继承“2024年秋季”。

2. 请求材料初审及格者需要插足学校组织的口试及笔试；

3. 学校为取得奖学金的请求者披发签证请求材料（录取讲演书及JW202表）。

Application procedure

1. Applicants need to register and apply at our online application system. Fill out all the required information and upload the documents. ()

When applying， please make sure to choose “Tianjin Government Scholarship”and “2024 Autumn semester”.

2. Applicants who pass application documents review need to attend the interview and exam organized by the university.

3. The university will issue the visa application documents (Admission notice and Jw202 form) to those who win the scholarship.

六、奖学金请求材料

1. 有用护照首页扫描件（有用期至2024年12月1日后）；

2. 经过公证的最高学历诠释、毕业文凭或学位文凭；

★如请求东说念主为在校学生，需提交本东说念主就读学校出具的预毕业诠释

3. 经过公证的最高学历阶段完竣收获单；

4. 两名副栽培以上保举信（仅请求硕士及博士酌量生时须提供）；

5. 异邦东说念主肉体检讨表；（见附件）

6. 无监犯记载诠释；

7. 话语智商诠释材料；

8. 银行出具的资金诠释（不少于东说念主民币4万元，如开户东说念主非学生本东说念主，另需提供开户东说念主署名的资助诠释）；

9. 罢休2024年9月1日仍未满18周岁的请求东说念主，需提交由天津地区公证处出具的监护东说念主公文凭原件，监护东说念主须为天津常居民籍居民或在津责任；

10. 其他补充材料，如千般获奖文凭等。

★注：以上统共请求材料应为汉文或英文文本，非中英文文凭（诠释）需附经公证的汉文或英文译文。

 

Application documents

1. A photocopy of passport that will not expire on or before October 1， 2024.

2. A photocopy of the applicant’s highest notarized degree.

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by the current school to prove the current student status and expected graduation date.

3. Academic transcripts of the highest degree received.

4. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English from professors. (Needed for master and doctoral program applicants.)

5. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (See attachment)

6. Non-Criminal Record

7. Language proficiency certificate.

8. Bank statement (No less than 40，000 RMB. If the account is not under student’s name， the bank holder needs to provide a signed sponsorship letter.)

9. Application under 18 years old till September 1， 2024 needs to provide a Guardianship certificate offered by local Tianjin citizen or someone who has been working in Tianjin.

10. Other supporting documents.

All the documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

七、评审目的 Evaluation

我校本着“公开、自制、公正、择优”的原则进行奖学金评审责任。学校设立奖学金评审责任组，由责任组议论建议评审建议并经学校审批后详情奖学金候选东说念主名单，评审后果在校内公示后报送天津市栽培委员会进行终评。

Based on the principle of "openness， justice， fairness， and merit-based”， the school will set up a review group to do scholarship evaluation. The school will determine the nominee list then for publicity. Tianjin Education Committee has the final review for the selected list.

八、其他 Others

1、请求材料不完竣或不顺应招生条目的，概不受理。请求材料弄虚虚假，或非本东说念主填写提交的，照旧查实，请求资历将被取消。

2、取得奖学金者因故弗成报到，应在报到日前15天书面讲演我校并注明原因。无故未报到者，取消奖学金资历。入学体检不对格、半途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资历。

3、报到注册时学校将对请求东说念主信息和材料等进行复核，如有违纪或弄虚虚假等情形，照旧查实，立即取消入学资历。

熟女论坛

4、到校报到时请佩戴录取讲演书、异邦留学东说念主员来华签证请求表（JW202表）、请求材料原件（必须包含毕业证及完竣收获单原件）及统共体检材料原件。

★尽头瞩目事项：阐明我校法例，重生入学必须在校内的留学生寝室居住。

1. Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be processed. Once it is verified that the application materials are found fraudulent or non-personal submission， the application qualification will be cancelled.

2. Scholarship winners who cannot register on time due to special cases must inform the school of the reasons within 15 days before registration. The scholarship will be cancelled if one fails to register on time without reasons， pass the physical examination， drop out or suspend schooling.

3. At registration， the school will review the applicant's information and documents. In case of violation or fraud， once verified， the school will cancel the admission qualification.

4.  At registration， please bring the Admission Notice， the Visa application for Study in China (JW202 form)， the original application materials (original graduation certificate and complete transcripts) and the originals of all physical examination materials.

According to the regulations of the school， students must live in the international student dormitory in the University.
